Location: Fiel-based role in Switzerland with regular travel (60%) to specialized centres and key stakeholders

The Scientific Engagement Manager is responsible for developing scientific relationships with specialized centres and relevant stakeholders in Switzerland, supporting high-quality scientific exchange, generating actionable field insights, and contributing to local strategic priorities in compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and company standards. This is a non-promotional scientific field role.
- Start, develop and maintain scientific relationships with specialized centres, expert stakeholders, and relevant healthcare professionals in Switzerland.
- Conduct scientific exchanges on disease area, clinical practice, and product-related scientific data within the approved framework.
- Support the scientific visibility and credibility of the company in priority centres and expert networks.
- Identify and map relevant stakeholders, centres, and care pathways.
- Gather, analyse, and report field insights related to stakeholder needs, treatment practices, and the care environment.
- Translate field insights into relevant recommendations for internal stakeholders and support local strategic priorities through stakeholder understanding.
- Provide scientific input to selected cross-functional initiatives, including local projects, launch readiness activities, and adaptation of scientific content where relevant.
- Contribute to approved scientific events and engagement initiatives and ensure full compliance and accurate documentation of all activities.
Education
• University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Medicine, or a related scientific field.
Experience
• Previous experience in scientific affairs, medical or scientific communication, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or a field scientific role is preferred but no mandatory.
• Experience with specialists, hospitals, or specialized centres is an advantage.
• Early-career candidates with strong scientific credibility and high potential may also be considered.
Skills and Languages
• Strong scientific understanding and ability to communicate data credibly and clearly.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• High level of autonomy, maturity, and professional judgement.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Switzerland.
• Fluent in English; very good command of French and/or German required.
