Job Purpose
The Junior Product Manager supports the implementation of local product and marketing plans for assigned products in Switzerland. The role contributes to market analysis, tactical execution, sales force support, and cross-functional coordination in line with company objectives and applicable standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of local product plans and marketing initiatives for the Swiss market.
- Contribute to the preparation, adaptation, and follow-up of promotional and educational materials.
- Analyse sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights, and prepare concise business updates.
- Support product launches and lifecycle management activities, including coordination of timelines and deliverables.
- Provide operational support to the field force through tools, campaign materials, training documents, and briefing content.
- Coordinate assigned projects with internal departments such as Sales, Scientific, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and with external partners where relevant.
- Support budget follow-up, purchase orders, invoice tracking, and administrative tasks related to product activities.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of assigned projects.
Profile
Education
• University degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Experience
• A first professional experience in marketing, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or commercial support is an advantage.
• Exposure to product management, brand support, CRM, or analytics tools is a plus.
Skills and Languages
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
• Good command of Microsoft Office; Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Knowledge of CRM and/or Power BI is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; good command of French and/or German strongly preferred.
